MBA in Digital Entrepreneurship

 
Developed from the interdisciplinary focus areas of UDS, the MBA combines technical and innovative work with entrepreneurial thinking and action.

Students acquire the know-how to successfully and innovatively assert themselves as responsible entrepreneurs and managers in their respective industries and to implement their own creative ideas in an entrepreneurial manner.

The MBA is the successful combination of state-of-the-art knowledge and entrepreneurial competence at a high international level.

The Master Digital Entrepreneurship offers students both high-level academics and practical experience thanks to the collaboration of various successful digital entrepreneurs, managers and large companies.

  • Be able to transfer central management functions to digital business processes.
  • Be able to analyze and evaluate changes and trends in at least one digital business area.
  • Be able to shape transformation processes in several digital business areas.
  • Be able to design measures for digital transformation and evaluate their implementation opportunities and risks using scientific methods.
  • Startup with digital process structures can implement.
  • First university degree (bachelor's or diploma), independent of discipline.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
  • Successful assessment center/admission interview (see separate information).
  • There are 90 ECTS (CP) for the MBA.
  • Basic modules (key competencies)
  • 25 CP.
  • Advanced modules = 15 CP.
  • Project and application modules = 30 CP.
  • Thesis = 20 CP.
  • The MBA is taught in English.
  • The MBA can be studied full-time and part-time.
  • The academic year is divided into trimesters.
 

Career prospects

The MBA Digital Entrepreneurship is primarily aimed at academics who have the goal of starting their own business, making it competi-tive and successfully implementing innovative ideas.

A career in the management of another company is also possible after this degree. The special entrepreneurial and digital skills are taught for the senior management tasks required for this.
